When the client approached us, they were a start up and had limited funds at hand. They were looking to getting maximum returns on minimum marketing spend. Hence exploring nation wide SEO for their E-Commerce website seemed logical to them. Being empathetic towards their situation, we thought of offering a very affordable yet impactful SEO strategy that would bring them the organic sales that they were looking for. Competitor Analysis and planning our SEO Game Plan

Our competitors were giants like Seedsman and our client 1Seeds had less than 2 organic visitors/month. Getting that organic traffic soon was critical!  So, we knew that targeting very competitive keywords would take longer. Hence, we picked a mixed bag of keywords – some keywords that were low-hanging fruits and would start bringing in relevant organic traffic and others that were very competitive but needed targeting asap so that they can start to move upwards in rankings. This would ensure that the client can begin to get some sales while the more competitive keywords were still moving up the ladder.
